Online Coaching provides you with a high quality, high level of support and guidance throughout your journey, without the need of face-to-face personal training sessions. You have the freedom and flexibility to work out whenever you want, wherever you want!

A telephone consultation will allow us to get to know each other better on a personal level and decide if we are a good fit. From here, I will email you some client forms to complete (lifestyle questionnaire and health PAR-Q) to allow me to tailor your training and nutrition plans specific to you and your goals.
I will workout your calorie and macro intake based on the information provided and set you up on my Lift Yourself app.
As I follow a flexible dieting approach, I do not offer meal plans. I am here to teach you how to manage your own nutrition as oppose to following a strict diet plan which will leave you feeling lost at the end.
I will then write you up an innovative and personalised training plan tailored to your goals, which you can access via the app. Not only does the app link with your MyFitnessPal and fitness watch, it allows you to track your stats, upload progress photos and rate your workouts. The app contains video demonstrations for each programmed exercise and allows you to upload your own videos so I can check your form.
We will have a weekly check-in to ensure you are on track and make any required adjustments for the following week. However, you can contact me at any time for anything - whether that be to check your form, provide some motivation or nutrition guidance or make a changes to your plan.
In the Client Only Area you will also have access to various e-books relating to training, nutrition and mindset.
I am here with you every step of the way, and pride myself in providing the highest quality personalised service.

You can still eat carbs, drink alcohol and eat out. You can attend parties and social events. You don't even need to step foot in a gym if you don't want to!
